PLEASE NOTE THE STUDIO IS SHUT FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST. ANY ORDERS PLACED DURING THIS PERIOD WILL BE MADE AND SHIPPED IN SEPTEMBER.

LAMPSHADES

All of the lampshades are handmade to order.  

The current lead time is 5-7 days for all Ready To Go lampshades and 4-6 weeks for all of Rosi's Studio Work. 

If you need anything urgently do let us know, I understand sometimes things are needed at short notice.  

Please note the studio is closed for the month of August. Any orders placed just before or during this time won't be made until the studio is open in September.

GLOSSY LAMPS

Glossy lamps have a lead-time of 4 weeks.  We often have stock readily available so please do check with us when placing your order. 

WOODEN LAMPS

Wooden lamps will be shipped within 5 - 7 days. 

UK SHIPPING

Once your order is ready to send all the orders are shipped within mainland UK to arrive the next working day via DPD. However, as with all deliveries, there can be some unforeseen delays.

UK shipping is capped at £24. 

If you would like to collect your order from my (West London) studio please do let us know so we can remove/refund the shipping from your invoice.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All of the lamps and lampshades can be shipped worldwide.

If your country isn't listed as a shipping destination and you are unable to complete your checkout please contact anna@rosideruig.co.uk or rosi@rosideruig.co.uk for a specific quote.

International shipping is often calculated on a case by case basis. Please contact us so we can quote for shipping and arrange for the order to be processed.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES

Since the paper lampshades are light but can be large in size, shipping is very hard to calculate. We have tried to create a pricing structure that covers all eventualities but of course it is impossible to always get it right. If the price for your order seems disproportionately high please get in touch and we will do what we can to tailor the price to your specific order.

RETURNS

All the lampshades and lamps are made to order so returns and refunds are not possible once the lampshades have been made and shipped. 

A credit note can be issued in extenuating circumstances. 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note, we do not cover any importation charges if purchasing from outside of the UK.
